Order and price
Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes in accordance with applicable regulations. When you order, your card is only reserved: you are charged only when your package ships. If we cannot deliver to you, the reservation is canceled and you pay nothing.
The order is confirmed by email once payment is validated.
Shipping
Estimated time: 7 to 15 business days. Times may vary by destination and carrier — details are on the Shipping page.
Withdrawal, returns and warranties
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal after receipt, and the legal warranties provided by applicable law.

To exercise this right, the simplest way is our withdrawal form ("Withdraw from the contract here" link at the bottom of every page): you immediately receive a dated acknowledgment of receipt by email.
